Winnies Club is a dedicated NDIS service provider committed to empowering individuals living with disabilities through personalised support, community participation, and independent living services. The objective of this project was to create a modern, accessible, and user-friendly website that reflects the organisation's compassionate approach while building trust with participants, families, carers, and referral partners.
Our focus was to design and develop a responsive website that clearly communicates Winnies Club's mission, NDIS services, and values through an intuitive user experience and engaging visual design. The new digital platform strengthens the organisation's online presence, enhances credibility, and serves as an effective point of connection for participants seeking quality support services. By combining thoughtful UI/UX design with seamless web development, the website delivers an inclusive digital experience that makes it easy for visitors to explore services, understand the NDIS journey, and connect with the Winnies Club team.
THE APPROACH
Our approach centred on creating a digital experience that is welcoming, accessible, and easy to navigate for NDIS participants, their families, carers, and support coordinators. We began by understanding Winnies Club's vision, values, and the unique needs of its audience to ensure the website reflected the organisation's commitment to compassionate and person-centred care.Through collaborative discovery sessions, we developed a clear content strategy, intuitive information architecture, and user-focused wireframes that simplified access to essential NDIS services. Every element of the website—from typography and colour palette to imagery and calls-to-action—was carefully crafted to create a sense of trust, inclusivity, and professionalism.
The website was designed and developed with responsiveness, accessibility, and performance at its core, ensuring a seamless experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. By combining modern UI/UX design with clean development practices, we delivered a digital platform that strengthens Winnies Club's brand presence, improves user engagement, and makes it easier for participants to connect with the support they need.
